Article 3 – Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and distance contracts between Maia Sevilla and the Consumer.
The Terms will be made available before the contract is finalized.
If this is not reasonably possible, the Consumer will be informed where they can access them.
If product-specific conditions apply, they supplement these Terms.
In case of conflict, the terms most favorable to the Consumer will prevail.
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses continue to apply.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has limited validity or particular conditions, this will be clearly stated.
All descriptions and images aim to represent the products as accurately as possible, although variations in color or appearance may occur.
Any obvious errors or typographical mistakes do not bind Maia Sevilla.

Article 5 – The Contract

For electronic purchases, we will confirm receipt of the order immediately.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days after receiving the product.
During this period, the Consumer may handle the product only as necessary to assess its nature and characteristics.
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
To exercise the Right of Withdrawal, the Consumer must notify us via email within 30 days.
After notification, the product must be returned within 7 days.
If notification or return does not take place within these timeframes, the Right of Withdrawal expires.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Consumer.
Maia Sevilla will refund all eligible payments within 14 days after withdrawal is processed, provided we have received the returned item or sufficient proof of shipment.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Article 8 – Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Perishable goods
- Sealed products that cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons
- Services tied to a specific execution date
- Items purchased during certain promotional periods when conditions state that refunds are replaced by store credit

Prices may vary depending on local market conditions, taxes, or system updates.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Obvious mistakes do not obligate Maia Sevilla to fulfill an order at an incorrect price.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

Warranty claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, or non-compliance with instructions.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
Orders are processed as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days after purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Any delays or issues with execution will be communicated as soon as possible.
If necessary, the Consumer may cancel the order and request a refund.
Risk transfers to the Consumer at the moment of delivery.

Consumers must ensure payment information is accurate.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or legal collection measures.
