Refund policy

If you wish to request a return or obtain the return address, you must first contact our customer service team at info@maiasevilla.es.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it describes the conditions applicable to returns and refunds.


Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the order is received.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within one (1) hour after purchase confirmation.

After this period, the order automatically enters the preparation process and can no longer be cancelled or modified.


Return Period

Once your order has been delivered, you have fourteen (14) calendar days to request a return.

Return requests made after this period will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Items must not show signs of use, damage, wear, or alterations

Maia Sevilla reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.


Logistics Center and Return Address

Returns must be sent exclusively to the logistics center designated by Maia Sevilla after the return request has been authorized.

The logistics center may be located outside Spain. In such cases, the return will involve international shipping.

The exact return address will only be provided after a formal return request has been submitted.


Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of international returns, the customer will also be responsible for any additional costs related to the return shipment, including but not limited to:

  • Transportation costs
  • Handling fees
  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes or fees

Maia Sevilla is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.


Refunds

Refunds will only be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

No additional fees will be charged for the refund itself.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for reviewing this information carefully before placing an order.


Non-Conformity

If the product received presents a lack of conformity according to applicable legislation, the customer must notify us within a reasonable period after detection and provide photographic evidence.

Each case will be evaluated individually in accordance with the applicable regulations.


Important Notes

  • The order processing and preparation system is fully automated
  • Once the shipment process has started, orders can no longer be modified
  • The right of withdrawal becomes effective only after the returned items have been received
