Once your order is placed, it usually takes 1–3 business days for our team to prepare and process it.

Most orders placed during weekdays are processed within 1 business day.

Delivery time varies depending on your location, but most customers receive their package within 6–10 business days.

Please note: deliveries to Spanish islands (Canary Islands, Balearic Islands), Ceuta, and Melilla may take longer due to additional logistics and customs procedures. For these locations, delivery can take up to 20 business days.

In some cases, delivery may take slightly longer during peak seasons or due to local courier delays.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
